Kielbasa (Polish Sausage) and Egg Pizza

Ingredients:
  • Pizza dough (see recipe)
  • Pizza sauce
  • Kielbasa (Polish sausage)
  • Eggs
  • Cheddar cheese (sharp)
  • Monterey Jack cheese
  • Scallions (optional)

Preheat your CBO oven as instructed in the "User’s Manual."

Grate and mix Cheddar and Monterey Jack cheeses (half & half). Sauté kielbasa pieces in pan. Brush a thin coat pizza sauce over the entire pizza shell. Spread a generous coating of the cheese mixture over shell. Spread kielbasa pieces over pizza. Beat 4 eggs and pour over pizza (add light dusting of cheese). Top-off with scallions, if desired.
