The Cordova by Harmony
A new brick oven installed in less than an hour? YES! Chicago Brick Oven and Harmony Outdoor Living have teamed up to create a beautiful wood-fired brick oven that installs quickly and easily to save you time and labor cost and get you up and cookin’ in no time. Your new brick oven arrives as two, predesigned modular components ready to be set into place — the oven and a convenient wood storage box that elevates the oven to an ideal cooking level. Most installations take less than an hour; some in only about 30 minutes!
Wild Game Night
If you’re looking for a party idea that none of your friends have likely ever tried, invite them to a play-on-words, Wild Game Night. Feature brick-oven pizza with wild boar sausage, roast venison, buffalo, pheasant, or other wild game. Then after dinner, set up tables of four or six with different board games and continue the fun.
Thanksgiving Taste Treat
This Thanksgiving, serve your family and friends the tastiest turkey they’ve ever eaten — one that’s baked in your wood–fired brick oven! Start off the festivities by heating up your oven and making some pre–dinner pizzas. When the flames die down, put in the turkey — dressed and stuffed just the way you like it — and close the door. In a few hours, take the turkey out and watch your guests’ taste buds go wild! Round out your brick-oven Thanksgiving feast with Apple Cider Roasted Sweet Potatoes and Yams, Roasted Artichokes and Zucchini and Maca Assada (baked apples) for dessert.
Happy Halloween
Want to give the neighborhood kids (and their parents) a real treat this Halloween? Instead of carving pumpkins, have a pizza decorating party. Divide the group up into teams. Have each team make a pumpkin-shaped pizza (using dough you pre-made), then decorate their jack-o-lanterns with a selection of toppings — pepperoni for eyes, sliced green or red peppers for the mouth, shredded cheese for hair and moustaches, etc. Give prizes for the most original, scariest or tastiest pumpkin pizza.
